Great pool cleaning service! They leave my pool good as new and inviting every week!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team is exceptionally friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They gave us a great and fair rate and completely transformed our pool, as well as my family's.

Josh and the Golden Eagle Pools team are absolutely amazing! They recently completed one of my clients’ pool projects, including resurfacing and a dock redo. We went with the PebbleTec French Grey finish, and it looks beautiful! They are incredibly responsive, reliable, and professional. They truly take pride in their work and make sure everything is done correctly and exactly the way you want it. Highly recommended for any pool work!

Five stars is an understatement for the experience of working with James McNeil at Golden Eagle Pools. From the initial consultation to the final splash, James demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that is incredibly rare in the pool construction industry. Building or repairing a pool is a massive investment, but James made the entire process seamless through his exceptional communication and infinite patience. No matter how many questions I had or how many design tweaks required by the City of Jacksonville, he took the time to explain every detail, layout my options clearly, and ensure I felt completely confident at every stage. He never rushed me, and his calm, client-first approach turned what could have been a stressful project into an exciting, enjoyable journey. What truly sets James apart is his unwavering commitment to his word and his craft. He showed up when he said he would, hit his milestones, and treated my backyard as if he were building/repairing a pool for his own family. His attention to detail and top-notch quality workmanship are evident in every single corner of the finished product. The decking is flawless, the plumbing is pristine, and the overall structural execution is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a contractor who combines elite technical skill with genuine integrity, ask for James McNeil. Golden Eagle Pools is the greatest pool company around, and I couldn't be happier with the final results!

Very good service cleaned my dogs nasty poop out of my pool 👍

I’ve been using Golden Eagle Pools for roughly four years now, and I felt it was long overdue to share my experience, especially to recognize someone who has truly made a lasting impression: Stevan Evans, my pool technician. From day one, Stevan has consistently delivered nothing short of exceptional service. His professionalism is outstanding, and he carries himself with a level of courtesy and respect that immediately puts you at ease. He’s incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to take the time to explain what’s going on with our pool in a way that’s clear and reassuring. That kind of communication means a lot, especially when it comes to maintaining something as important as your home. What really stands out is his knowledge and attention to detail. Stevan keeps me informed, provides updates when needed, and ensures everything is running exactly as it should. There’s never a moment of uncertainty because I trust his expertise completely. He doesn’t just do a job, he takes pride in his work, and it shows every single visit. I also want to highlight the comfort factor. I genuinely look forward to seeing Stevan. His positive attitude and warm smile as soon as he walks through the gate set the tone every time. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at what they do but also brings such a pleasant presence along with it. I understand there are other technicians with Golden Eagle Pools, and I mean no discredit to them, but for us, Stevan is simply our preferred choice. His consistency, professionalism, and genuine personality have earned our trust over the years. Even with new management coming aboard, one thing has remained unchanged, Stevan level of excellence. That speaks volumes about his character and dedication. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and truly outstanding pool technician, I highly recommend Stevan. He is, without a doubt, one of the best. Stevan. thank you for your continued hard work and dedication. My husband and I truly appreciate everything you do. My mother hired Golden Eagle Pools to refurbish her aging pool. Josh was very patient, professional and easy to work with. He took time to explain everything to my mother and was easy to get a hold of for questions or concerns. Josh also was very good with communicating with me and my brothers who are helping my mother. The pool came out great, and my mother was very pleased! Anna even took the time to take my brother and I through "Pool school" so that we can care for the new pool properly! We would highly recommend this company for any pool refurbished projects!

Good bye green!!! Technician was great. The best service I have received and will continue to use Golden Eagle!!!!!!!

Golden Eagle Pools (James) did a phenomenal job creating our dream oasis. He was done ahead of schedule, responsive to questions, and had a professional crew onsite, right on schedule as promised. This is the greatest investment we have ever made and would never look back! We have been in the pool every day (aside from 2 days) since it was build over a month ago. If it’s a redo of an existing pool, a new build or whatever you are dreaming up please pick this company to help. You will not be sorry!!! James. From the bottom of my family’s heart, thank you for creating us our dream oasis pool that we look forward to being in (or around) every day. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Truly. Just do it. We live in Florida for gosh sake. ❤️

My heartfelt thanks to Joshua Fletcher and the team at Golden Eagle Pools for the fantastic job they did resurfacing our pool… For those of you considering who to trust for your needs I highly recommend them. I started researching 7 years ago and every year “something else” needed the $$ and we put it off… If I knew then, how much the improved aesthetic impact would have made in our lives, we would have done this years ago.. The difference in our mental state, walking out our patio doors into the garden, is life changing. We got to the point where we barely used our pool these past couple of years, and I never realized how much how it looked affected us. When I finally decided that it was time I had a couple of “prominent” companies provide me with estimates. Josh gave me options that other companies didn’t offer, and at a VERY COMPETITIVE cost, saving me $$ to make additional changes we needed. They were professional at every stage of the work, their team gladly answered any questions that I had , and offered many important suggestions to improve my pool’s appearance and performance for years to come. I know that my saying the difference is life changing is blah, blah blah to most of you do I’m attaching photos I took for you to decide.. Since completion we’ve been in the pool nearly EVERY DAY. PS we love the new lighting and I strongly recommend adding the hand rail!!! 😁

We could not be happier with James and Golden Eagle Pools. Their communication and level of expertise exceeded our already high expectations. Our pool was built quickly and we were communicated with on a near daily basis. Pricing is competitive. Highly recommend Golden Eagle as a pool builder!

If you are getting a pool these are the folks to go with - great work and folks that stand behind their work

Excellent service! Highly recommend!

James made the whole process very enjoyable. I never had to wait for a phone call or a text back he was on it every time I had a question. The pool was done way ahead of schedule and he was there on site during the whole process. I had 4 estimates and he was the only one who even tried to earn my business with follow up calls, texts and asking if I had any questions , which was ALOT! Very personable and fun to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

We are so happy we chose Golden Eagle Pools to maintain our pool. I am overly impressed by the communication and quality of service provided to us. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions and respectful of our property.

Since moving into our home two years ago, we have had the pleasure of working with Golden Eagle Pools, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. As new pool owners, we were initially overwhelmed, but the team at Golden Eagle Pools has provided us with efficient and professional service that has made the transition much smoother. From the very beginning, they have offered an extra layer of support, helping to educate us about pool maintenance and equipment. Whenever I needed advice on equipment replacement or upgrades, their knowledgeable staff was always ready with answers. They take the time to explain the options available, ensuring we make informed decisions about our pool. There have been times when I struggled with basic tasks, like figuring out how to turn on and off the pump timers, draining the pool prior to a hurricane, or adjusting the heating system. Each time I reached out for help, whether through texts or voicemails, Golden Eagle Pools responded promptly and courteously, alleviating any stress I had. Their commitment to customer service is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure we feel confident in managing our pool, and their expertise has been invaluable. Great pool company that provides service and real time feedback. Stevaon is always on time and ensures our tiles and coping is scrubbed so clean along with our pool. Great communication

I can't say enough about James and his team at Golden Eagle Pools. After working with a different contractor, who finally abandoned the project with a shell in the ground, James came to the rescue. He guided me through the start to the finish of our pool. This included obtaining the permit as a Homeowner, the pavers, the electrical work, prep and plaster, and now servicing the pool to keep it well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous. After 13 months we have a finished pool and this would not be the case if it weren't for James. If I could give them a 100 stars on the review I would not hesitate. The team at Golden Eagle Pools are professional, experienced, but the most important part is they are personable and honest. Thanks to the entire team for an excellent job and I look forward to years of working with you.
